We have developed a structural battery housing that replaces some sections of the traditional tubular structure. We have created a closed torque cell that protects all the high voltage components and provides the needed rigidity. We have decided to create a Carbon Fibre rear subframe with Aluminium nodes to reduce the weight higher up to make the overall motorbike feel more agile.
EXCEL Rims, the benchmark in off-road racing rim technology, is made of airspace grade 7000 series aluminium. The EXCEL rims are engineered and designed to perform in extreme and the toughest environments and keep being the best in the race scene, that’s why they are chosen by most of top riders.
The wheel hubs are made from 1 piece billet 6082 T6 alloy on the newest CNC machines and then anodized for protection and to make them look even cooler.
